Groups are a wonderful way to help yourself through a difficult time or situation. 

Some benefits of joining a wellness group include:


  • Community – Be part of a collaborative environment where you learn and grow from the insights of your peers.
  • Accountability – It’s easier to achieve your personal goals when you are in a group setting because it gives you more motivation.
  • Low cost – Group sessions and/or self-paced communities are generally much more economical than private 1:1 coaching.
